Hi, I’m Kayleigh, the proud founder of K’s Kubz Childminding based in Harrow/Kenton. As a mother myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your child. My mission is to provide a home-from-home environment where your little one can feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn and grow.
With over 18 years of experience raising my own children, I bring a wealth of hands-on knowledge to my role. I am committed to professional development and regularly attend training courses to stay updated on best practices in childcare. My qualifications include training in the EYFS framework, understanding ADHD and autism, and providing inclusive care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
I live with my Husband, my 2 children (12 & 2.5 years old), and our small friendly family dog, Lady, a Cockapoo. Lady is gentle and great with children, offering opportunities for supervised interactions that teach empathy and care. My setting is warm & inviting, designed to encourage exploration and creativity, complete with a garden equipped for outdoor play.
I believe in building strong, positive relationships with both children and their families. I work closely with parents to ensure their goals and values are reflected in their child’s care. I offer tailored settling-in sessions to make the transition smooth and comfortable for both you and your child. Open communication is a cornerstone of my approach, and I provide regular updates on your child’s progress and activities.
I hold a full driving license and have fully insured transport, allowing me to offer school runs and exciting outings to enrich your child’s experience.
Every child is unique, and I tailor my care to their individual needs, whether it’s through creative crafts, baking, outdoor adventures, or quiet reading time. My goal is to help every child in my care feel confident, happy, and supported in their development.

About the setting
Step into our cozy Harrow home, where learning and fun go hand-in-hand. Our inviting space is filled with a variety of educational toys, art supplies, and sensory materials designed to spark curiosity and imagination.
We believe in the power of outdoor play! Our secure garden offers a safe haven for exploration, where children can connect with nature and enjoy fresh air. We love taking advantage of the great outdoors, especially during the summer when we can cool off in our swimming pool.
Our daily routine is tailored to meet the needs of each child, balancing structured activities with free play and rest time. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
